So, you will need:

• A pair of large eggs;

• Half a kilo of cottage cheese;

• A quarter glass of sugar;

• Flour to taste;

• A pinch of salt.

What to do?

1. Rub the curd thoroughly with a sieve or whisk using a blender. Add sugar, salt and eggs to it and stir the mass until smooth.

2. Little by little, literally a tablespoon, add flour until the dough stops taking it away, and knead thoroughly. Don't be alarmed if it sticks a little to your hands.

3. Put some flour on your hands, form a sausage from the prepared dough and cut it into small pieces. If your dough sticks to the knife, dust it with flour.

4. Bring water to a boil, add salt and add a couple tablespoons of sugar.

5. Place the dumplings in boiling water and stir immediately to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot. When the dumplings come up, cook them for another 3-4 minutes, and then remove them with a slotted spoon.
