Cookies in a pan are one of the easiest and most delicious options for making homemade baked goods. Simple ingredients and instant preparation make this recipe perfect for any tea drinking.
Ingredients for making quick biscuits:
- about 1, 5 glasses of flour;
- 1 large chicken egg (yolk only);
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar (as little as possible);
- 1 teaspoon baking powder for dough.
Cooking quick cookies in a pan
1. Take the yolk from one large raw egg and beat it with granulated sugar and sour cream.
2. Gradually pour in refined sunflower oil, whisking the mixture.
3. Combine wheat flour with baking powder and gradually sift into a bowl with an egg.
4. Knead the dough well with your hands so that it becomes elastic and does not stick.
5. Roll a thin sausage from the dough (3-5 cm in diameter).
6. Cut the resulting sausage into pieces about a centimeter thick. Roll them, in turn, into balls with your hands. Squeeze the balls slightly from the top and bottom to make neat round cakes.
Helpful Hint: You can use cookie cutters to create shaped cookies.
7. Heat the frying pan over low heat (dry, do not grease). Add a serving of cookies and bake on both sides for 4-5 minutes.
8. Cookies must be cooled before use, so they will be tastier.
