Add cocoa, soda and flour. We mix. Perhaps you will take a little more flour - its amount depends, for example, on the quality of the butter.

Roll out the dough and cut out circles or any other shapes.

We put in the oven (180 degrees) for 20 minutes. Use baking paper when baking.

If desired, the cookies can be covered with a cocoa and condensed milk icing on top (approximately the ratio: 1 tablespoon of cocoa to 2-4 tablespoons of condensed milk), but, believe me, the cookies are very tasty without it.
