Cabbage rolls with rice and meat are very satisfying and tasty. This dish is served on its own for lunch or dinner.
It is necessary
- - white cabbage 1 pc.;
- - pork pulp 500 g;
- - rice 3/4 cup;
- - onions 2 pcs.;
- - carrots 1 pc.;
- - sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - tomato paste 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - vegetable oil;
- - allspice peas;
- - allspice black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the first layer of leaves from the cabbage. Then boil the cabbage in boiling water. Cool, carefully remove the leaves, remove the hard part from them.
Step 2
Rinse the rice thoroughly so that the water after rinsing is clear. Boil rice in salted water until tender.
Step 3
Peel the onion, cut into small pieces. Wash and dry the meat. Pass the meat and onions through a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the minced meat with the rice.
Step 4
Spread some meat filling on cabbage leaves. Wrap it in an envelope. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the cabbage rolls on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Transfer the fried cabbage rolls to a saucepan. Peel and grate the carrots. Place the cabbage rolls on top. Add tomato paste, bay leaf, peppercorns, sour cream to the pan. Simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
