Classic pies with potatoes in the oven are reminiscent of the taste of childhood. The cooking time is short, which is very important for busy housewives.

- - butter 200 g;

- - mashed potatoes 300 g;
- - fried onions;
- - boiled meat twisted into minced meat 250 g;

- - green onions.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a small saucepan and dilute with milk. Add yeast, sugar and salt to the warm butter / milk mixture. Stir and let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Then gradually add the sifted flour. Stir, then place on the floured table and knead a little. Divide the dough into 6 parts. Roll out each part into a 3 mm thick rectangle.
Step 3
Mix mashed potatoes with fried onions, twisted boiled meat, chopped egg and green onions.
Step 4
Spread the filling on each rectangle along the long side. Roll and pinch the edges with dough to form patties.
Step 5
Place the patties on a greased baking sheet. Bake the pies for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
