It is necessary

  • - 4 chicken eggs;
  • - 1 glass of flour;
  • - 1 cup of sugar;
  • - 0.5 teaspoon of salt;
  • - baking powder for the dough;
  • - cinnamon;
  • - vanillin;
  • - 1 green apple.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a container suitable for kneading the dough. This can be a small saucepan or a plastic container. Break the chicken eggs into it, add sugar, salt, a little vanilla powder, cinnamon and baking powder, beat thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour flour into the resulting mass and mix everything well again. As a result, you should have a dough that resembles thick sour cream in consistency.

Step 2

Take a large green apple, rinse it under running water, peel it, remove the core and cut into thin slices.

Step 3

It is better to put special baking paper in the multicooker bowl, so it will be easier for you to remove the finished dessert. Sprinkle some granulated sugar at the bottom, and put a few apple slices on top. Sugar is needed to caramelize the apple. Pour half of the resulting dough into the multicooker bowl, put the rest of the apple on it, and pour the remaining dough on top again.

Step 4

Set the multicooker to the "Baking" mode and click on "Start". Remember that you need to periodically check to see if your food is ready or it could dry out. When ready, remove the finished dessert, place it on a flat plate and garnish with powdered sugar, cinnamon sticks and grapes.

Step 5

Apple charlotte can be served with vanilla sauce and a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
