It is necessary

  • - 1 kg of Chilean sea bass fillet;
  • - 100 ml teriyaki sauce;
  • - 100 ml of fresh orange juice;
  • - 100 ml of chestnut honey;
  • - 3 stems of thyme;
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - vegetables, shimeji mushrooms, ginger, black pepper, salt - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine honey, teriyaki sauce, and orange juice for the marinade. It is advisable to take red oranges, and chestnut honey is better - it has a tart taste with bitterness, which will perfectly fit into the dish.

Step 2

Make a couple of cuts on the sea bass fillet, fill with marinade, wait half an hour.

Step 3

Place the vegetables in a large baking dish. You can take any vegetables: zucchini, carrots, potatoes, corn, squash, beans, bell peppers - choose. Add shimeji mushrooms (this is also to taste).

Step 4

Sprinkle the vegetables with olive oil, toss in the thyme, salt and pepper, cover with baking film, put in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Cover a baking sheet with paper, put the marinated sea bass fillet, pepper, salt, send for half an hour in the same oven. Transfer the finished sea bass to the vegetables, serve immediately. Bon Appetit!
