    • 2 tbsp flour;

    • 0.3 liters of beer.

Step 1

Wash the meat. Dry it with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut the beef into small pieces of 15-25 grams. In order for the dish to ultimately turn out to be very tender and soft, it is necessary to carefully approach the choice of meat. It is best to choose those pieces that are specially cut for goulash. If there are no such in the store, then meat from the upper part of the hip, or the back of the pelvic part of the cow carcass will do. Be sure to clean the beef of excess films and cartilage. Transfer the meat to a cast iron pot or any heavy saucepan. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, peel them off, cut into small pieces and lay on top of the beef. Place the fried vegetables in an even layer on top of the tomatoes. Pour beer over the dish so that all the ingredients are covered. You can use broth instead of beer. If desired, add a spoonful of tomato sauce to the gravy.

Add 1-2 pcs. bay leaf, suneli hops, a mixture of peppers or other spices to taste. Place the saucepan over low heat and simmer for about 2 hours. Season with salt 10-15 minutes until tender. Sprinkle chopped greens on the beef and vegetable stew before serving.
