    • 1 cup flour
    • Soft dough:
    • 2 eggs
    • 50 g yeast
    • 300 ml milk
    • 2 cups of flour
    • 4 tablespoons butter (margarine)
    • a pinch of salt

Instructions

Step 1

Fast pizza. Dissolve dry yeast in a glass of water and pour the resulting mass into an enamel bowl. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Add vegetable oil and flour, knead hard but soft dough. Put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. The dough is ready to use.

Step 2

Sour cream dough. Knead a tough dough by mixing flour and sour cream. Let the resulting dough brew for 15-20 minutes. Divide it into 3 parts, each rolling out no more than 1 cm thick. After making the pizza, the dough will not rise and will be tender and tasty.

Step 3

Unleavened dough. Beat the egg with mayonnaise, gradually pouring in sour cream, kefir, slaked soda and salt, sugar. Knead the thick dough by adding flour. Mix well. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes. Poke the rolled dough in several places with a fork so that it does not rise when cooking.

Step 4

Soft dough. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Eggs must be ground with butter and added to milk. Salt a little and start kneading the dough, gradually adding flour. The dough will not be too thick. When cooked, it will be quite soft and porous.
