Summer cannot be without okroshka! This cold soup is loved by both children and adults. The ingredients are so simple that such a dish can be prepared at least every day. Especially if the hot sun is shining outside the window.
It is necessary
- - 4 potatoes,
- - 4 eggs,
- - 1 medium cucumber,
- - 400 g green peas,
- - 5 radishes,
- - 300 g of boiled sausage,
- - 40 g of greens,
- - salt to taste,
- - 1 liter of kvass.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the potatoes and cook in their uniforms. Cook the eggs in the same way, for about 12 minutes, then fill them with cold water and let cool.
Step 2
Rinse fresh herbs (dill, parsley, cilantro) well, dry and chop finely. Salt the chopped greens a little and remember with a crush (it will become soft and give off juice).
Step 3
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes of any size. Cut a cucumber, boiled or smoked sausage and peeled eggs into small cubes. Wash the radishes and cut into cubes or strips (if desired, you can grate).
Step 4
Combine all prepared ingredients in a large bowl or saucepan, add fresh herbs and green peas. If you wish, you can add a little salt and add black pepper. Place the lid on the ingredients and store in the refrigerator.
Step 5
Before serving, fill the preparation with kvass, stir, add sour cream and serve. The product can be served as a salad, as its composition is similar to everyone's favorite salad "Olivier".
