A light cottage cheese cake made from cookies is prepared very quickly, since you do not need to waste time baking. Despite the simple and affordable ingredients, the cake turns out to be delicious and goes great with tea or coffee.
Ingredients for making a curd cake:
- 250 grams of any fresh cottage cheese (you can take the cottage cheese mass without additives);
- 2 bananas;
- 100 ml of warm milk or water;
- 250 grams of simple cookies;
- 3-4 tablespoons of condensed milk;
- chocolate bar.
Cooking cottage cheese cake from cookies without baking:
1. Mix cottage cheese with condensed milk and, if necessary, rub through a sieve. It is necessary that the mass be tender and homogeneous.
2. Cookies need to be prepared. To do this, you need to immerse it in warm water or warm milk for 5 seconds.
3. Place the first layer of cookies on a suitable plate. You can make the cake square or rectangular.
4. Peel the bananas and cut into slices 4-5 mm thick.
5. Grease cookies with prepared curd cream and put a layer of banana slices on top.
6. Do this with each layer. Three layers of cookies will be enough to keep the cake from getting too big. Gently spread the cream on the cake from each side.
7. Decorate the top of the cake with shavings, rubbing a chocolate bar. You can also melt a chocolate bar and cover the cake with icing.
8. The finished cake must be removed for soaking in the refrigerator for about an hour. After that, the cake will be ready.
