Cottage cheese, fruits, chocolate and biscuits are favorite treats of many of us. These healthy and tasty ingredients can be used to make an amazingly delicate and beautiful curd cake that the whole family will love. Moreover, this dessert does not even need to be baked.

- - sour cream - 200 g;
- - milk 150 g;
- - sugar - 200 g;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - vanillin - 2 g;
- - apple - 1 pc.;
- - banana - 2 pcs.;
- - chocolate bar - 1-2 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
To prepare the curd mass, place the curd in a convenient bowl, add sour cream, soft butter, sugar and vanillin to it. Then whisk the mixture thoroughly with a blender. In order for the cake to hold its shape well, the consistency must be quite thick. Next, peel the apple, cut the core and cut it into thin slices.
Step 2
Now cover the large cutting board with cling film so that 10 cm of plastic remains on the sides. Next, heat the milk, pour it into a wide bowl and dip each cookie there for 2-3 seconds. The milk must be heated for the cookie to soak quickly. However, be careful not to soak the cookies too much.
Step 3
Place 15 cookies tightly on a prepared board with cling film. Spread the curd mass on top and lay out the apple slices. Then repeat the layer of milk-soaked cookies and curd. Place whole bananas in a straight line in the center.
Step 4
Take the remaining edges of the cling film and connect them at the top, thus making a triangular cake. This is actually quite easy as long as the cookies are not overly wet in the milk. Now leave the curd cake in the refrigerator to set. After a few hours, remove it and, if it is slightly deformed, correct its shape before removing the film. Remove the foil, pour melted chocolate over the curd cake and serve.
