Cottage cheese bagels with raspberries are a real delight! You can cook them in an hour and a half.
It is necessary
- For six servings:
- - cottage cheese - 500 g;
- - butter - 150 g;
- - wheat flour - 2 glasses;
- - raspberries - 100 g;
- - sugar - 1 glass;
- - ground cinnamon - 2 tsp;
- - soda - 1 tsp;
- - salt - 1/3 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix butter with cottage cheese, add flour, soda, salt. Knead the dough. It should come out slightly sticky and soft. Leave the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 2
Take out the dough, divide into two parts, roll each part in turn into a circle.
Step 3
Mix the cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle some of this mixture over the rolled dough. Cut each circle from the center with a knife into 6-12 sectors, like a pizza. Place a few raspberries on the wide side of the sector, roll from this edge to the inner corner.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Dip the resulting bagel in the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake at 200 degrees, the bagels should turn golden brown. Enjoy your tea!
