Minced meat is one of the ingredients in delicious dishes. It can be used in baby and diet food. For minced meat, use one type of meat or a combination of several types. - Chicken cutlets:
- 2 chicken legs;
- 2 eggs;
- 4 tablespoons of semolina;
- 2 onions;
- 1 teaspoon of adjika;
- 1 glass of water;
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- hops-suneli;
- flour;
- salt;
- ground black pepper;
- vegetable oil.
- Zrazy with boiled egg:
- 500 g minced meat;
- 1 onion;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 200 g sour cream;
- salt;
- ground black pepper;
- greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse 2 chicken legs under running water.
Step 2
Separate the meat from the bones by making a cut along the bone on the inside of the legs.
Step 3
Peel 2 onions.
Step 4
Mince meat 2 legs with skin and fat and 2 onions through a meat grinder.
Step 5
Add 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of semolina to the meat with onions, salt and pepper to taste. Knead the minced meat until smooth.
Step 6
Sprinkle some flour on a flat plate. Shape the minced chicken into small patties and roll in flour.
Step 7
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
Step 8
Place the patties in a small saucepan.
Step 9
Dissolve 1 cup of hot water and 4 tablespoons of tomato paste in a separate bowl. Pour this mixture over the cutlets and put the pan on the fire.
Step 10
Reduce heat as soon as the contents of the saucepan have come to a boil. Simmer the patties over low heat until tender.

Add 1 teaspoon of adjika, 3 peeled and chopped garlic cloves and suneli hops to the saucepan to taste 10 minutes before the cutlets are ready.

Serve hot chicken cutlets with any side dish, sprinkle them with the sauce obtained by stewing.

Zrazy with boiled egg. Hard boil 3 chicken eggs. Let them cool, peel and cut each lengthwise in half.

Add peeled and finely chopped onion, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley and dill to 500 g of minced meat. Stir everything until smooth.

Roll 6 balls of the same size from the minced meat obtained. Place them in a greased skillet or baking sheet.

Make holes in the meat balls and place half a boiled chicken egg in each with the convex side down.

Mix 200 g sour cream and 1 tablespoon tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper to taste and pour over zrazy with this mixture.

Place a baking sheet with zrazy in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, and bake them until tender, about 25-30 minutes.
