Cold ice cream on a stick perfectly refreshes on a hot summer day. Now the stores offer a huge selection of this delicacy, but it is much more pleasant to pamper yourself with self-made ice cream.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - 2 bananas;
- - 1 glass of milk;
- - 70 g of white chocolate;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of Baileys liqueur;
- - chopped hazelnuts.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel ripe bananas, cut them into small pieces, put in a bowl and send to the freezer for 5-6 hours. The banana chunks should be very hard.
Step 2
After 5-6 hours, beat the banana slices in a blender until a thick mass is formed, pour a glass of milk and 3 tablespoons of Baileys liqueur into it, beat everything thoroughly again.
Step 3
Pour the whipped mass into ice cream tins, insert a stick into each. Send it to freeze. It will take 10-12 hours to freeze the dessert, so it's best to put the ice cream in the freezer overnight so you don't have to wait.
Step 4
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath. Fry the hazelnuts in a dry skillet without adding oil, chop very finely.
Step 5
Remove the frozen banana ice cream from the refrigerator, dip each ice cream in melted white chocolate, then sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Put it back in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes so that the chocolate glaze sets well. Then you can serve banana ice cream with nuts and liqueur.
