Homemade colored bread is not only tasty, but also healthy. After all, it contains natural ingredients and dyes: corn, carrots and broccoli. Such bread will look great on a festive table.

Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve sugar and yeast in 100 ml of warm water. Place in a warm place until foam forms. Peel and grate the carrots. Grind the corn thoroughly in a blender. Boil broccoli in salted water, grind in a blender.
Step 2
For white dough, sift 1 cup flour into a bowl, add 0.5 tsp. salt, pour in 1/3 of the yeast mixture and 1 tbsp. oils. Knead a not very thick elastic dough, cover with a towel and place in a warm place.
Step 3
For orange dough, mix the same amount of flour, salt, yeast mixture and butter as for white dough. Add carrots and corn mass. Gradually adding another 0.5 cups of flour, knead the dough. Leave in a warm place to lift.
Step 4
Prepare green dough in the same way as orange dough, but add chopped broccoli instead of carrots and corn.
Step 5
Knead three types of dough, roll into bundles of the same length. Arbitrarily intertwine with each other, twist with a spiral, knead slightly and make a ball. Let it rise in warmth. Brush with a little water and bake in the oven at 220 ° C for 15 minutes. Then brush with an egg, cover with parchment paper and bake at 180 ° C for another 40 minutes.
