Salad "Under vodka" has a second "telling" name - "Table". This hearty dish with a piquant taste perfectly sets off the degree of alcoholic beverages, masking the bitterness of vodka or cognac, and for some, homemade moonshine. There are no special ingredients in the composition, all products can be found in the kitchen or underground at the thrifty housewife.

It is necessary

  • - 100 g sauerkraut;
  • - 1 pickled cucumber (or pickled);
  • - 1 onion or red onion;
  • - 1 fresh carrot;
  • - 1 sweet and sour apple;
  • - a couple of garlic cloves;
  • - 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion, cut into quarters, then chop each thinly with a knife.

Step 2

Cut the pickled cucumber in any convenient way - into cubes, straws, slices or circles.

Step 3

Chop the sauerkraut smaller if the straws are too long.

Step 4

Peel fresh carrots, wash, grate on a coarse grater.
