Ostrenkiy salad with Korean carrots is an excellent appetizer for a light snack with excellent taste. You can serve it before the main course or combine it with hot soup, side dishes, vegetable stew. Salad goes well with strong alcoholic drinks in men's company. Such a spicy treat is prepared very quickly, literally in 10 minutes, however, and is eaten instantly.
It is necessary
- - 100 g smoked sausage or ham;
- - 150 g of Korean-style carrots (purchased or homemade);
- - 1 small can of canned corn;
- - 2 boiled eggs;
- - 1 fresh cucumber;
- - a small bunch of green onions with feathers;
- - mayonnaise;
- - seasonings and salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Put Korean carrots and canned corn in a dish, after draining the liquid from the jar.
Step 2
Cut the smoked sausage into strips, grate fresh cucumber and boiled eggs through a coarse grater.
Step 3
Finely chop the green onion.
Step 4
Transfer the prepared ingredients to the Korean-style corn and carrot dish.
Step 5
Add salt, seasonings, mayonnaise to taste, stir.
Step 6
Transfer the "Sharp" salad to a beautiful salad bowl, serve as a cold appetizer or as an independent dish.
