It is necessary

  • - 100 g of corn flakes;
  • - frozen with meat;
  • - two eggs;
  • - 5 g of Provencal herbs;
  • - salt pepper;
  • - 100 g frozen spinach;
  • - 1 baked bell pepper;
  • - garlic;
  • - 15 ml of lemon juice;
  • - olive oil;
  • - lettuce leaves.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour 100 g of cornflakes into a deep bowl, knead them with your hands. Break two eggs into a separate bowl, beat with a whisk, add Provencal herbs, salt, a small amount of black pepper and mix.

Step 2

Take pancakes with meat, cut each into three parts. Dip the pancakes in the egg and herb mixture, then sprinkle with cornflakes on all sides. After such a breading, your guests will not even guess that it was originally pancakes with meat.
