Thai crab salad

The Thai-style crab salad is surprisingly light and refreshing. There are no extra calories in it, since only non-fat ingredients are used for dressing. You will need:

- 150 grams of crab meat;

- ½ head of savoy cabbage;

1 cup crushed coriander leaves

- 3 green onion feathers;

- 1 red chili;

- ½ cup roasted peanuts;

- ½ glass of coconut milk;

- 1 ½ tablespoon of lime juice;

- ½ teaspoon of sugar;

- 3 tablespoons of Thai fish sauce.

Chop the cabbage into thin strips, cut the onion into rings. Remove the seeds from the chili and cut the pulp into small pieces. Fry the nuts in a dry skillet. Put the cabbage in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, drain the water, dry the cabbage and put it in a salad bowl. Add the cut crab meat, chopped peppers, chopped nuts, and herbs. Make a dressing by mixing and whipping coconut milk with sugar, lime juice, and fish sauce. Season the salad, mix well, chill and serve.

Crab salad with apples and mango

The combination of crab meat and juicy fruits makes this salad not only original, but also delicious. Take:

- 2 medium Granny Smith apples;

- 500 grams of crab meat;

- 1 large mango;

1 cup chopped cilantro greens

- 2 tablespoons of chopped shallots;

- 1 minced garlic clove;

- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar;

- ½ teaspoon of salt;

- ½ cup olive oil;

- lemon juice.

Peel the apples, core them and cut into small cubes. Place half in a salad bowl and drizzle with lemon juice to keep the flesh from darkening, mashed the other half in a blender with garlic, shallots, salt and vinegar. Gradually pour in the oil in a thin stream, achieving the formation of a smooth, thick emulsion.

Cut the mango in half lengthwise, remove the pit and cut the flesh into cubes. Add with the crab meat to the chopped apples, sprinkle with cilantro and pour in the sauce. Stir and serve.

Crab salad with spinach

- 1 minced garlic clove;
