Crab salad "Storm"

To prepare a salad from natural crab meat you will need:

- 150 g of canned crab meat;

- 150 g chicken fillet;

- 250 g of natural yogurt;

- 1 fresh cucumber;

- 1 bell pepper;

- 1 fresh tomato;

- juice of ½ lemon;

- 30 g lettuce leaves;

- 1 bunch of green onions;

- vegetable oil;

- sugar;

- salt.

Wash the chicken breast, dry and fry in vegetable oil until tender. Then cool and cut into small cubes. Cut the crab meat into small pieces. Wash the tomato, cucumber and bell pepper and cut into cubes. Tear the washed and dried lettuce leaves with your hands.

Mix natural yogurt with sugar, salt and squeezed juice from half a lemon. Mix everything thoroughly.

Combine all the ingredients of the crab salad: chicken fillet, crab meat and vegetables. Drizzle with yoghurt dressing. Add finely chopped green onions and mix very well.

Crab meat and caviar baskets

To prepare a snack according to this recipe, you can use ready-made tartlets bought at the store, or you can bake baskets at home. For this you will need:

- 2 ½ cups flour;

- 7 tbsp. l. butter;

- 2 eggs;

- a pinch of salt.

For filling:

- 6 eggs;

- 200 g of canned crab meat;

- 150 g mayonnaise;

- 60 g of red caviar;

- watercress.

Sift the flour. Cut well-chilled butter into small pieces and mix with flour. Add eggs, salt and knead the dough. Then give it the shape of a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 35 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180C. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, wrap it up and roll it out. Then cut out circles from the dough, a little larger than the baking tins. Place the dough in the molds and press the edges lightly. To make the baskets bake better, prick the dough in several places with a fork. Place the baskets on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. Then remove the finished baked goods from the molds and cool.

Make the filling. To do this, boil the eggs in a bag. Cut canned crab meat into small pieces and mix with mayonnaise. Peel the eggs and carefully place them together with the crab meat in the baskets. Garnish with red caviar and watercress.

Crabs in milk sauce

To cook crab meat using this recipe, you need to take the following products:

- 225 g (1 can) crab meat;

- 200 g of fresh mushrooms;

- 30 g of hard cheese;

- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

For the sauce:

- 1 glass of milk;

- 1 tbsp. l. flour;

- 1 tsp butter;

- sugar;

- salt.

First of all, prepare the milk sauce. To do this: save the flour with butter and, stirring continuously, dilute with hot milk. Add sugar to taste, simmer the sauce over low heat for 10 minutes, salt and remove from heat.

Wash the mushrooms or wipe thoroughly with a damp cloth, peel, cut into slices and boil in salted water until tender. Cut natural crab meat into pieces, put in a saucepan, pour in the juice from a jar, add boiled mushrooms and a teaspoon of vegetable oil. Cover the pot with a lid, put on low heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Then put everything in a frying pan or in an ovenproof dish, greased with butter, and pour over the prepared milk sauce, pre-mixed with grated cheese, add butter and put in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 6 minutes, bake until golden.
