Step 1
Peel the oranges, cut into wedges. Pour the orange juice remaining on the board after that into a cup, it will come in handy for dressing the salad. Remove the white film from the slices.
Step 2
Peel one or two red onions, cut into thin half rings, then briefly place in cold water. Rinse green lettuce leaves and cut into pieces.
Step 3
Cut the olives into slices. Place orange slices, onions, olives and lettuce in a bowl. Pepper, salt, season with orange juice and olive oil sauce. Stir gently and garnish the orange salad with mint leaves.
