Julienne is a delicious snack. You can take a julienne in a bun with you to a picnic. Or cook for some home holiday. By the way, this "burger" can be used as breakfast.

It is necessary

  • - 200 g chicken fillet (or chicken breast);
  • - 250 g of fresh mushrooms;
  • - 1 medium-sized onion;
  • - 100-150 g of hard cheese;
  • - salt, pepper to taste;
  • - 1 tsp flour;
  • - 2-3 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • - 6-7 pcs. round buns.

Instructions

Step 1

Chicken breast must first be cut into fillets. Remove the bone from the meat and cut it into small cubes. Finely chop the onions into half rings. If you have a large onion, then you need to chop it into quarters.

Step 2

Rinse the champignons and cut into thin slices. Grate the cheese. Carefully cut off the cap of each bun. Remove crumb with a fork.

Step 3

Onions need to be sautéed a little in hot oil. Once it's golden, add mushroom plastics to it and cook until all moisture has evaporated.

Step 4

Fry the salted and peppery chicken in a separate skillet. Place the cooked meat in a pan with mushrooms and onions. Add flour and sour cream, and then stir everything.

Step 5

Cook the mixture over low heat until thickened. It will take a few minutes. Fill empty buns with the thickened mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 6

Send the julienne to bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Julienne cooks quickly, as soon as the cheese has melted, you can take it out of the oven and serve.
