  • - 1 chicken
  • - 400 g of mushrooms
  • - 200 g sour cream
  • - 150 g of hard cheese
  • - 2 onions
  • - 6 buns
  • - vegetable oil
  • - salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1

First, rinse the chicken thoroughly, remove the skin from it. Pour cold water into a saucepan, put the chicken there, salt to taste and set to boil over medium heat, about 30-40 minutes. Drain and leave to cool.

Step 2

Chop the onion finely. Fry in a skillet in vegetable oil until transparent. Then add the finely chopped mushrooms and fry until the juice evaporates.

Add chicken, sour cream and simmer all together for 15-20 minutes

Prepare buns. Cut off the top and remove the crumb.

Grate the cheese. Place the julienne in buns, sprinkle with cheese on top. Place on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil, and place the julienne in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown, about 20-40 minutes.

Get the julienne out of the stove. Divide into portions and serve.
