Ingredients

In order to cook eggs in a bun, we need:

- chicken eggs quantity varies depending on the size of the bun 5-15

- fresh buns 5 pcs. (it's best to take small buns)

- ham or boiled sausage or bacon 100-150 g.

- pickles 2 small

- milk 300 ml.

- butter 50 g.

- salt

- pepper

- fresh greens half a bunch

Preparation

1. First, we prepare the buns. The top of the bun is cut off. The crumb, which is inside the roll, must be removed entirely.

2. We take a baking sheet, it must be covered with parchment. Then the prepared buns must be dipped in milk and put on a baking sheet.

3. Cut the pickled cucumbers into small strips, chop the ham or bacon in the same way. Cucumbers and the meat component can be mixed in one bowl, then you will not need to divide them equally twice.

4. At the bottom of each bun, put a piece of butter, chopped cucumbers and ham.

5. On top of the filling you need to break the egg and carefully place it in the bun. Do not overdo it with the filling so that the egg fits. If it turns out that the protein flows out of the bun, it's okay, it's even better, it will turn out very beautifully.

7. Top with salt and pepper.

The oven must be heated to 160 degrees. Next, dip the burgers into it. Five minutes after the dish was sent to the oven, you need to reduce the heat to 140 degrees and bake for another ten minutes. The whole dish should be baked for about ten to fifteen minutes.

When the baking time has passed, the eggs in the bun must be removed from the oven, put on a dish or on plates and garnished with finely chopped herbs.

You can also add grated cheese to this dish, you can put it both on top of an egg and on the bottom of a bun. Garlic is also perfect, it is advisable to place it under the egg itself. It will add aroma and spicy taste.

This dish is very aromatic, it contains all the most beloved ingredients, it looks just amazing, it is not expensive and absolutely everyone loves it. Even children will love such eggs, and they will always ask you to pamper them with such a breakfast.
