It is necessary

  • - chicken fillet - 400 g;
  • - hard cheese - 100 g;
  • - green onions - a bunch;
  • - fresh dill;
  • - eggs - 1 pc;
  • - rye bread crumbs - 150 g;
  • - olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

With the meat, do the following: rinse it thoroughly, dry it, and then cut it into slices. Then lay out on a flat surface, cover with plastic and beat off. After this procedure, season with salt on each side.

Step 2

Grind the cheese with a medium-sized grater. Chop the greens. Combine cheese, herbs and chicken egg in one bowl. Mix everything thoroughly. The filling is ready.

Step 3

Put the resulting filling on pieces of meat and wrap in such a way that you get small rolls. Secure them with skewers.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. While it is heating up, first dip the future snack in olive oil, then in rye bread crumbs. Put in this form on a baking sheet and send to bake for 25 minutes.

Step 5

Decorate wooden skewers with green onion feathers and place chicken rolls on them. Do not forget to remove the small skewers from the rolls. Serve in a clear vase. The Rushes appetizer is ready!
