Salmon in pita bread is a very tasty spicy dish. It will decorate any festive table and will not leave your guests indifferent. The way to prepare it is very simple and quick.

- - Salted salmon fillet (packaged) - 200 grams;
- - Armenian lavash - 1 sheet;
- - Butter - 100 grams;
- - Fresh dill - a few tassels.

Step 1
Roll out the pita bread on the table and grease it with a thin layer of butter. To make this easier, let the oil thaw a little before lubricating.
Step 2
Finely chop the dill and sprinkle on top of the butter. By the way, you can also add parsley.

Cut the salmon into thin strips and lay them on top of the greens. The pieces may not touch each other. You can leave a distance of one or two centimeters between them. But in this case, it is necessary to stack in a checkerboard pattern.
Step 4
Then we tightly fold the pita bread and put it in the refrigerator for twenty minutes.
Step 5
After twenty minutes we take out and cut into rings. Width - from one to two centimeters.
