Lavash snacks, the recipes for which will be discussed below, are completely different. One dish will have red fish as a filling; this option is perfect for a festive table. Another dish will have sweet bell peppers as a filling. This is a cheaper, but no less tasty and beautiful version of the roll.

Delicious pita bread with red bell pepper

Do not think that a dish with the addition of a vegetable will turn out to be tasteless. Pita bread will come out light, juicy and very fresh. It is perfect for a healthy outdoor snack.

To prepare a simple pita bread snack, you will need the following products:

  • 1 Armenian lavash (you can take a thin wheat roll);
  • 250 g of processed cheese in trays (you can take a curd product);
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 large sweet Bulgarian pepper;
  • 150 g mayonnaise (optional);
  • 1 bunch of greens (dill works best, but it's a matter of taste).

The steps for making a hearty pita roll are as follows:

  1. Unroll the pita bread on the table, brush it with a thin layer of the selected cheese. To make the roll more juicy, it is recommended to spread the base with mayonnaise in addition to cheese, but this is a matter of taste.
  2. Press the garlic on top with a press. Try to distribute the vegetable evenly over the pita bread.
  3. Wash the selected greens, let them dry. Grind the clean product, spread evenly.
  4. Wash the pepper, remove seeds and other inedible parts from it. Cut the vegetable into thin strips and place it approximately in the center of the pita bread.
  5. Now roll the blank into a tight roll, wrap it in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours to soak the dish.
  6. Before serving, it is recommended to cut the lavash roll into portioned pieces.

Lavash with red fish

The appetizer turns out to be hearty, tasty and beautiful. The dish can take pride of place on the festive table. To make a pita roll, you need to take:

  • 1 Armenian lavash;
  • 200 g of lightly salted red fish (preferably fillet);
  • 200 g cream cheese;
  • 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
  • 1 bunch of dill.

The cooking steps are as follows:

  1. Prepare the pasta in a separate bowl. To do this, combine cream cheese, lemon juice and finely chopped dill. Stir the food until smooth.
  2. Spread pita bread on the table, grease it with prepared paste.
  3. Cut the fish into thin slices or strips. Spread the product over the pita bread. It is desirable that the fish completely cover the "bread".
  4. Roll the pita bread into a roll. To make the food better saturated, it is recommended to place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, having previously wrapped it in cling film. Before serving, the pita roll should be cut into portions.
