Bread baked in a bread maker has a richer taste and aroma than a bun bought in a supermarket. Each bread maker comes with instructions with recipes for bread that you can bake in it. But besides this, other interesting recipes can be used to bake bread.
Corn bread in a bread maker
To make bread, you will need: 300 grams of wheat flour, 75 grams of corn flour, 250 ml of fresh milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, one and a half teaspoons of salt, one and a half teaspoons of instant dry yeast, 1 teaspoon of turmeric.
Pour milk into a baking dish, add softened butter to it. Sift flour and pour it over milk. Make 4 holes in the flour: put turmeric in the first hole, salt in the second, sugar in the third, and dry yeast in the fourth. Place the baking dish in the bread maker, set the weight of the loaf to 700 grams, and set the basic or standard bake setting.
Onion and cheese bread in a bread maker
To make bread, you will need: 300 grams of wheat flour, 75 grams of rye flour, 250 ml of fresh milk, 1 large onion, 50 grams of any hard cheese, 1 tablespoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, one and a half teaspoon of instant dry yeast, 3 tablespoons of refined vegetable oil.
Peel the onion and cut into medium-sized cubes. Fry the onions in a little vegetable oil until browned. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Pour milk into a baking dish, add cheese and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to it. Sift flour and sprinkle it over the milk. Make 4 grooves in the flour: gently transfer the fried onions into the first groove, the second with salt, the third with sugar, and the fourth with dry yeast. Place the baking dish in the bread maker, set the weight of the loaf to 700 grams, and set the standard (main) setting for baking the bread.
Grain bread in a bread maker
To make bread, you will need: 300 grams of first grade wheat flour, 75 grams of second grade wheat flour, 5 tablespoons of sprouted wheat grains, 100 ml of whey, 100 grams of sour cream, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of sugar, one and a half teaspoon of dry instant yeast, 2 tablespoons of refined vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of coriander.
Grind sprouted wheat grains in a blender until smooth. The sprouts should only be hatched. Wheat with 3-5 mm sprouts contains too much of a special enzyme that breaks down starch, and this will interfere with the preparation of bread. Pour whey into a baking dish, add sour cream, vegetable oil and chopped wheat germ. Sift flour and sprinkle on top of the liquid. Make 4 holes in the flour: carefully pour sugar in the first hole, salt in the second, dry yeast in the third, and coriander in the fourth. Place the baking dish in the bread maker, set the weight of the loaf to 700 grams, and set the bread to Whole Grain. If your bread maker does not have such a mode, choose the French mode for baking bread.
