- - 1 chicken breast;
- - 150 g of crab sticks;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 0.5 sweet pepper;
- - 3 stalks of green onions;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of bread crumbs;
- - vegetable oil, salt, spices.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the crab sticks into 3 pieces. Take raw chicken breast, cut it into cubes, salt, sprinkle with spices. Cut green onions and bell peppers of any color to length like crab sticks, all ingredients should be approximately the same length.
Step 2
Beat raw eggs with a pinch of salt until light foam forms. Place the chopped sticks on toothpicks or skewers, alternating according to color or your taste preferences. Dip in an egg, then dip in breadcrumbs sprinkled on a flat plate.
Step 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, put the appetizer on skewers, fry over medium heat until golden brown. Put ready-made "Vietnamese rugs" on paper napkins or a towel so that excess oil is glass with a snack.
