I love travel. From each trip I try to bring an original recipe to my cookbook. In Vietnam, I learned the recipe for it, or they are also called spring rolls. This dish takes no longer than 30 minutes to cook. Therefore, even if there is not enough time, you will always have time to cook.
It is necessary
- - Rice paper (can be bought in the sushi goods department) - 10 pcs. (small diameter),
- - cucumber - 2 pcs.,
- - boiled and peeled large shrimps - 200 g,
- - egg - 2 pcs.,
- - raw carrots - 1 pc.,
- - green leafy salad - bunch,
- - salt,
- - pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
For hot sauce: mix 1 finely chopped chili pepper, 200 ml vegetable oil, 4 tbsp. l. lemon juice and salt.
Step 2
Moisten the sheets of rice paper with water and spread them overlapping on a bamboo mat to make one large sheet. Beat eggs with a fork with spices and fry a thin omelet. Cut into strips.
Step 3
Peel the cucumbers and cut into thin strips.
Step 4
Peel the carrots and cut into strips. On rice paper, first put the lettuce leaves, then the cucumber, carrot, omelet, shrimp and roll everything into one tight roll. Close up the edges, if necessary, moisten more to make them more sticky. Cut the roll into pieces. Serve with hot or soy sauce.
