The Motley Shreds stew is a great summer dish. At this time, fresh peppers, tomatoes, onions are just ripening.
It is necessary

- - 400 g sun-dried tomatoes,

Instructions
Step 1
First you need to cut the meat into 2 identical pieces, then put them in a saucepan. Throw chopped carrots and onions there, 1 tsp. salt and bay leaf. Pour everything with 1 liter of water, bring to a boil over high heat, reduce the flame and cook under a lid for about 1.5-2 hours, until the meat becomes tender.
Step 2
When the meat is cooked, you need to turn off the stove and let it brew for 30 minutes in the broth. Taking out, the meat must be slightly cooled and by hand to break it into fibers.
Step 3
Cut a large onion into rings, pepper into strips. Fry everything in sunflower oil for about 15 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Finely chopped garlic, hot pepper, salt and cinnamon are added. Everything is fried for 30 seconds. Sun-dried tomatoes are added along with juice, which must be kneaded with a spoon. Everything is stewed for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Then add 450 ml of broth, where the meat was cooked, and beef. Everything is stewed for another 10 minutes.
Before serving, the dish is decorated with herbs.
