At first glance, it may seem that chicken does not go well with tangerines. However, this culinary technique is very common in Asian cuisine. This variegated chicken breast salad with citrus will surely appeal to true gourmets.
It is necessary
- - 400 g chicken fillet
- - 5 small tangerines
- - 2 tbsp. l. raisins or a few grapes
- - 1 head of onion
- - 5 tbsp. l. chopped walnuts
- - butter
- - tangerine or orange juice
- - salt
- - lettuce leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces or strips. Fry the meat in vegetable oil until a brown crispy crust is formed, pre-salt and pepper the workpiece.
Step 2
Peel the tangerines and cut them into slices, removing the films from them. Cut each slice into two parts. Put the lettuce leaves on a plate; you can pick them finely with your hands beforehand. Arrange the chicken and tangerine pieces on top.
Step 3
Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the dish. Spread out grapes or raisins. If you are using fresh fruits, then it is better to pre-cut them into several parts.
Step 4
Cut the onion into thin half rings and lay on top of the workpiece. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. The salad can be mixed and seasoned with a little tangerine or orange juice. It is advisable to serve the dish on the table warm until the chicken fillet has cooled.
