Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet.

Mix two yolks with sugar until smooth. No need to whip. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add oil to the mixture.
Step 3
Stir in flour, sifted through a sieve, mix until smooth. Add almond petals to the resulting sugar dough - they can be replaced with chopped walnuts, hazelnuts, unsalted pistachios.
Step 4
Now we make small balls from the dough, approximately the size of a walnut and put them on a prepared sheet of baking paper. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 degrees.
