The ease of making the Turtle Cake is that it requires few ingredients and can be prepared with a simple hand whisk without using a mixer. This is a fairly quick and easy recipe.

- eggs - 3 pieces
- sugar - 200 g
- cocoa - 1 tablespoon
- soda - 0.5 tsp
- flour - 200 g.
- For the cream:
- sour cream 15% - 300 g.
- butter - 50 g.
- boiled condensed milk - 1 can
- For glaze:
- chocolate - 100 g.
- butter - 100 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Put sugar in a bowl, then add eggs at room temperature. Beat the mixture with a mixer at maximum speed until a white mass is formed and the sugar dissolves.

Add cocoa, baking soda and sifted flour. Whisk again until smooth.
Step 3
The dough is now ready. It should be neither too liquid nor too thick. In the meantime, turn on the oven and preheat to 200 degrees.

Using a tablespoon, gently place the dough in the form of cakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 3-5 minutes, until browned. And these "cakes" should turn out.

Now you should prepare the cream for the cake. Mix butter with sour cream and boiled condensed milk. Mix thoroughly with a mixer.
Step 7
Now let's start collecting. Dip each "cake" in cream and put them in the shape of a turtle on a large dish, as shown in the photo.
Step 8
Once you've assembled the cake, put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Prepare the frosting by mixing melted chocolate with butter and then pour over the cake.
