Beat the eggs in a fluffy foam, and then add sugar to them in a thin stream, without ceasing to stir. Add soda slaked in vinegar to the egg-sugar mixture and stir. Immediately add flour to the mixture and knead into a homogeneous dough, reminiscent of sour cream in thickness.

Now a turtle is slowly formed from the prepared circles. From the cream, make four legs, a head, a tail, then put a rectangular base on a flat plate in accordance with the selected dessert size, and then cover with cream. The carapace is constructed using biscuits and cream.
