The turtle cake is delicious and fresh. Making it at home, by yourself, is very simple!
For the cream we need:
- 2 large sour cream 500 g each.
- 3 glasses of sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 pack of cocoa
Grind 3 cups of sugar with 100 g of butter. Then add vanillin and cocoa to this mixture, mix everything thoroughly. Then add sour cream to this mixture and beat well with a blender. We put in the refrigerator before preparing the dough.
For the test we need:
- 6 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- vanillin
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vinegar 6%
- 1/2 pack of cocoa
- 3-4 glasses of sugar
- chocolate
Beat 6 eggs with 3-4 cups of sugar until sugar dissolves. Then add cocoa and mix. Then add soda quenched with vinegar and vanillin to this mixture, beat everything well. Next, stirring so that no lumps form, add flour and mix well until smooth. The dough is ready.
Cake preparation:
1) Put the dough on a baking sheet with teaspoons in the form of flat cakes and put in a preheated oven.
2) Cool the resulting cakes and dipping the cakes into the cream, put them on a plate in layers, while each layer should taper towards the top. Then, grate the chocolate and decorate our turtle. The cake is ready!
