Grease a baking sheet with butter. Alternatively, use baking paper. Spoon the dough into small cakes on a baking sheet with a teaspoon. Leave a distance of about 3 centimeters between them.

Prepare the cream. Place 300 grams of butter in a warm place to melt a little. Add one and a half cups of sugar to it, mix well. Then add one and a half cups of sour cream and beat the cream with a mixer. Lay the cakes in layers on a dish, grease each layer with cream. Alternate layers of light and dark cakes to create a striped cake.
Step 4
Prepare the icing. To do this, put 150 grams of butter in a saucepan and melt over low heat. Add 6 teaspoons of sugar, 12 teaspoons of cocoa, simmer for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cool the frosting and pour over the cake. Garnish the frosting with strips of whipped protein and sugar, as well as nuts, raisins and candied fruits, if desired. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 12 hours to soak in the cream.
