Prepare a flat, large dish. Remove the cakes from the cream one at a time with a spoon and place them in layers on a platter. It should look like a pyramid. You can lay out pieces of cake in the form of legs, muzzle and tail of a turtle. Refrigerate cake until completely cooled.

Prepare the icing. Pour 5 tablespoons of milk into a bowl, put 50 grams of butter, add 3 tablespoons of cocoa and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Place the bowl in a water bath, mash the oil with a fork. When all the ingredients have melted, stir the frosting well. It should become thick and smooth, chocolate colored.
