Canned vegetables in winter are a great alternative to fresh ones. With their use, you can prepare many dishes, making your meals more varied. Canned cucumbers are used not only as a cold snack, but also for the preparation of pickle, sauces, salads, meat dishes. How can you preserve cucumbers in order to get a quality appetizing product in winter?

- For marinade filling for 1 liter of water:
- 50 g salt;
- 25 g sugar; sugar - 25g.
- 80-100 g of 9% vinegar.
- For a more acidic marinade per liter of water:
- 30 g salt;
- 25 g sugar;
- 125 g 9% vinegar.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the collected cucumbers for 2-3 hours with cold water.
Step 2
Rinse liter glass jars well with dishwashing detergent, rinse thoroughly in plenty of running water.
Step 3
Wait until the cans are completely dry. Place them on a metal baking sheet so that the jars do not touch each other.
Step 4
Place the jars in a cold oven. Heat it up to 200 degrees. Heat the jars in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Unplug the oven and leave the jars in it until they cool completely.
Step 6
Rinse cucumbers thoroughly, remove all flowers. Trim off the ends of the cucumbers on both sides.
Step 7
At the bottom of each cooled jar, put 3 blackcurrant leaves, 2-3 cloves of garlic, an umbrella of dill, 3-4 cloves, 1 bay leaf, 2-3 allspice peas.
Step 8
Place the prepared cucumbers tightly in jars. For pickling, take cucumbers 5-8 cm long.
Step 9
Pour boiling water over the cucumbers. This should be done slowly to avoid the appearance of cracks on the banks. Cover the jars with metal lids and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Step 10
Drain the cucumber jars into a stainless steel pot. Add salt and granulated sugar to the saucepan according to your preferred marinade recipe. Bring the water to a boil, stir the salt and sugar until completely dissolved, and simmer the marinade for 10 minutes.

Remove the pan from heat, pour vinegar into the marinade.

Place the metal lids in a saucepan, cover with water and boil for 10 minutes.

Pour the hot marinade over the cucumbers, cover with a boiled lid and close the jar with a sealer.
Step 14
While holding the jar with your left hand, gently twist the lid with your right hand. It should not scroll around the neck. If this happens, roll the can again with a seamer. Be careful, use a towel!
Step 15
Flip the jar onto the lid and wrap it in a blanket. Leave in this position for 12 hours. In the future, store the workpieces in a cool place.
