Eggs baked in pots
Eggs baked with vegetables in special ceramic bowls or pots will be an excellent option for a hearty breakfast. To prepare them, it is enough to break from 2 to 4 eggs into each mold, add a little cream, chopped tomato, onion and herbs. Everything must be salted and placed in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. When the eggs have set to the desired consistency, they can be taken out and served.

If you don't have special refractory utensils at hand, you can bake eggs in large potatoes. Eggs baked in ash are even more delicious. To do this, the raw product must be tightly wrapped in foil and buried in hot coals. After 7-10 minutes, they can already be eaten. In this form, they will compete even with aromatic baked potatoes.
