    • 600 g potatoes

Pork fried in portions is cooked literally within 15 minutes. To prepare it, dry the washed piece of pulp and cut into portions, the pieces should be 1.5 cm thick. Beat them thoroughly, it is more convenient to do this by first placing the pieces in a plastic bag. When hitting, do not overdo it, so as not to punch through them. Sprinkle each serving with salt, pepper and caraway seeds, moisten in a pre-beaten egg and roll in grated cheese. Fry in a frying pan well-heated with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Check the readiness with a thin knife - if the secreted juice is light, then the meat is ready. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve with boiled potatoes.

To cook pork stuffed with cheese and eggs, cut the washed and dried piece of meat into portions at least 2 cm thick. Prepare the stuffing mixture: mix grated cheese, boiled chopped eggs, sour cream, diced onions. Season with salt, pepper and mix the cheese mixture thoroughly. Along each piece of meat, make a longitudinal groove in the form of a pocket. Stuff the pork with the cheese mixture and secure with skewers (or toothpicks). Fry the meat in a skillet with vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side. Then pour the wine into the pan and boil it lightly. Add salt and pepper to the resulting sauce and simmer the meat until tender (about 20 minutes). Serve the cooked dish with vegetable salad.

You can cook pork with eggs, potatoes and cheese in the form of dumplings. Cut the washed piece of meat into small pieces. Fry finely chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil until golden brown. Add the meat to it and cook for another 7-10 minutes. Boil peeled potatoes in salted water, mash, add warmed milk and fried meat with onions. Season with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly and leave to cool. Then add the beaten egg and flour, knead the potato and meat dough. Form it into a rope about 2 cm in diameter and cut into small pieces into dumplings. Place them in a greased fireproof dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Add some water and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with vegetable salad and garlic sour cream sauce.
