It is necessary

  • - 20 sheets of filo chocolate dough;
  • - 200 g of butter;
  • - 160 g of sugar;
  • - 800 g of Ricotta cheese;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 200 g of fresh blueberries;
  • - 2 tsp vanilla essence.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line the baking sheet with baking paper or parchment. Melt the butter in a water bath (or in a microwave oven).

Step 2

Divide the filo dough into layers. We take one, grease it well with melted butter and cover with the next one, which we also oil. We "glue" 4 layers in this way, and the last one is left dry. Cut the resulting cake into 4 strips across. Cover the dough with which we are not working with a towel: it dries instantly and begins to break.

Step 3

For the filling, mash ricotta with a fork with the addition of eggs, sugar vanilla essence. Gently stir in the blueberries, being careful not to damage the berries. Place the filling at the beginning of each strip and roll into a tight roll. Send to oven for 20 minutes.
