Step 1
To make homemade cookies, place softened cookies in a deep bowl, add vanilla sugar and then regular sugar. Grind the ingredients using a mixer or fork.

Add eggs to the sugar mass. Mix everything well with a whisk or a food processor, and bring the dough to a smooth consistency. Sift flour and mix with baking powder. As you add flour in portions, start kneading the tough, non-sticky dough.

Next, you need to put the dough in the refrigerator for an hour, but you can make homemade cookies without refrigeration.

Pass the finished dough through a meat grinder with a large wire rack, but without a knife. Divide the pieces of dough coming out of the meat grinder into equal parts. One homemade cookie can be made from three so-called "snakes".
Step 5
Twist them with a flagella and form a kind of rose. You can, of course, make any shape you want. The most important thing is to keep it small, keep in mind that it will increase during baking.
Step 6
Grease a baking sheet with butter and place the cookies a short distance apart. Preheat oven to 190oC and bake homemade cookies for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the finished products with icing sugar and serve with coffee.
