Surely many have tried and appreciated such delicious, delicate and aromatic Oreo cookies. This delicacy can be prepared at home. It will turn out even tastier than the purchased one, in addition, without all sorts of additives, that is, absolutely natural. Please your loved ones with this miracle melting in your mouth.
It is necessary
- For cookies:
- - flour - 125 g;
- - baking powder for dough - 0.5 teaspoon;
- - cocoa - 40 g;
- - butter - 125 g;
- - powdered sugar - 100 g;
- - salt - 0.5 teaspoon;
- - vanillin - on the tip of a knife.
- For the layer:
- - powdered sugar - 125 g;
- - butter - 75 g;
- - vanillin - on the tip of a knife.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the butter, which has certainly melted, using a mixer. Then, without stopping whipping, pour the icing sugar along with the vanilla to it.
Step 2
With another cup, pour the pre-sifted cocoa and wheat flour into it. Add baking powder, i.e. baking powder, to the dry mixture, along with salt. Mix everything as it should.
Step 3
Pour the formed flour mixture into the oil mixture. Mix everything with a mixer until you get a mass of crumbs. Form the resulting dough in the shape of a sausage, the diameter of which is 3 centimeters, no more. Then wrap the dough tightly with cling film and place it in the refrigerator. It should be there for half an hour.
Step 4
After cooling the dough, cut it into circles, the thickness of which is 5 millimeters. Place these figures on a baking sheet with baking paper so that there is a distance of at least 2-3 centimeters between them.
Step 5
In an oven preheated to a temperature of 175 degrees, send the future Oreo cookies to bake for 8-10 minutes, no more. Do not touch the finished baked goods until they have completely cooled down. If you neglect this, the cookies will simply break and crumble, because they are extremely fragile.
Step 6
While the Oreo cookies are cooling, prepare a layer for them. To do this, after softening, mix the butter with vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat everything thoroughly with a mixer.
Step 7
Gently grease the baked goods with the resulting cream and combine the halves of the treat. In this form, send it to the refrigerator for at least 30-40 minutes. Oreo cookies are ready!
