Cookie cakes are usually made without baking. The Oreo cake is an exception in this regard. When preparing this cake, cookie crumbs are added to the dough. The cakes for such a dessert are baked in the usual way - in the oven.
This creamy cake is baked using the well-known commercial Oreo biscuits. It turns out to be very tasty and at the same time just incredibly beautiful.
Ingredients
The following products will need to be prepared for the Oreo cake:
- cookies "Oreo" - 8 pcs;
- cocoa powder - 60 g;
- chicken eggs - 2 pcs;
- flour and sugar - 150 g each;
- milk - 150 ml.
Also for this dessert you will need water, some vegetable oil and baking powder. In addition, the hostess will need to purchase:
- markapone - half a kilo;
- butter - 130 g;
- icing sugar - 100 g.
You will need these ingredients to make the cream.
Baking cakes
To make this chocolate version of the cake, first separate the cream from the Oreo cookies and place in a separate bowl. Pound the cookies themselves into crumbs.
Pour cocoa powder and flour into another bowl and mix everything thoroughly. Add eggs, sunflower oil, milk, sugar, baking powder to the resulting mixture.
Boil water in a small saucepan and pour it into the dough in a thin stream. Finally, add the Oreo biscuit crumbs to the dough. Divide the dough prepared in this way into two cakes and bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for 30 minutes.
Making the cream and assembling the cake
In order to make the cream, beat the butter with a mixer. Add grated marcapone and powdered sugar to it. Beat the mixture well again. Place the Oreo biscuit cream in the bowl with the ingredients and whisk again.
Remove the finished cakes from the oven and refrigerate. Spread the first crust thickly with cream and lay the second on top of it. Apply the remaining cream to the sides and top of the Oreo cake and smooth it thoroughly.
At the final stage, you can decorate the cake with dark berries, chocolate figurines, etc. Oreo cookies will look very nice on this cake. Cut it in half and stick it into the cake in an upright position.

Beat the ingredients for the dough of such a cake by setting the mixer to the minimum speed. In this case, the mass will subsequently turn out to be as homogeneous as possible. And this, in turn, will have the most positive effect on the quality of the finished cakes.
Oreo cakes are usually baked in the oven one by one. In this case, they will have the same thickness. It is best to use an 18 cm form for baking cakes according to this recipe. Its bottom should first be laid with parchment paper.
To coat the bottom cake of the dessert, you need to use about 1/3 of the cream. Its layer in this place should not be too thick. In addition, in this case, the remaining mass is enough for the most effective design of the top and sides of the baking.
