Creamy garlic mayonnaise sauce is a great addition to any dish. It will perfectly accentuate the taste and add exquisite notes.
It is necessary
- - egg yolk - 1 pc.;
- - sunflower oil - 200 ml;
- - garlic - 4-5 cloves;
- - cream - 1-2 tablespoons;
- - lemon juice - 2 teaspoons;
- - water - 1 teaspoon;
- - green onion powder;
- - dried ground parsley;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the peeled cloves of garlic using a press. If you do not have it, then finely chop the vegetable, then grind with a spoon until smooth.
Step 2
With the egg yolk, do the following: Transfer it to a small bowl and whisk lightly. This can be done either with a whisk or with a fork.
Step 3
Chopped garlic, transferring to a fairly deep cup, combine with beaten egg yolk. Stir this mixture until smooth, then whisk lightly.
Step 4
Then, to the formed mass of garlic and egg yolk, without ceasing to beat it, add, pouring in a very thin stream, sunflower oil. Beat the resulting mixture until it looks like a mousse in its consistency.
Step 5
Now add the following ingredients to the rather fluffy white mass: freshly squeezed lemon juice, water, and a small pinch of salt and cream. Then add green onion powder, ground dried parsley and black pepper to the same place. The amount of seasoning depends only on your taste. Mix everything until smooth.
Step 6
Place the resulting mass in the refrigerator. Let it stand there for a few hours. Creamy garlic mayonnaise sauce is ready! This dish can be stored for no more than 7 days.
