A healthy and delicate curd dessert is the best start to the day and a great way to diversify the menu. Of course, you can add different ingredients to this recipe if you want, but one will remain unchanged - the cottage cheese itself. And to please the children, you can make the dessert multi-colored.
It is necessary
- - 450 ml sour cream 15% fat;
- - 400 g of non-granular cottage cheese;
- - 4 teaspoons of gelatin;
- - food coloring - cherry and cocoa;
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak gelatin in a glass of boiled water, dissolve completely in a water bath.

Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and powdered sugar. Add gelatin.

Divide the resulting mixture into three parts. Tint one in cherry color, the second in cocoa color. The third will remain snow-white.
Step 4
Pour 4 tbsp into the middle of the split form. tablespoons of white curd mass, on top of it the same amount of cherry, on top - a mass of cocoa color.

Repeat layers several times until you run out of colored curd mixtures.

Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
