To prepare a delicious and spicy salad with mushrooms, smoked chicken and Korean carrots, you will need:

- 300 g of smoked chicken meat;

- 170 g of fresh champignons;

- 200 g of Korean carrots;

- vegetable oil;

- mayonnaise;

- greens;

- pepper;

- salt.

First of all, carefully wipe fresh champignons with a damp cloth, then cut them into slices and fry in vegetable oil. Then season with salt and ground pepper.

In salads, you can use ready-made Korean-style carrots bought in a store, or you can cook them yourself at home. This is easy to do, the main thing is to purchase the necessary seasonings that make the dish spicy and spicy.

Cut the smoked chicken into cubes, add the fried mushrooms, Korean carrots, mayonnaise and mix well. Serve the Tsarsky salad to the table, garnished with parsley or dill.

- 300 g of ham;

- 100 g of Korean carrots;

- 35 g potato chips;

- 1 can of canned corn;

- 1 fresh cucumber;

- 3 eggs;

- mayonnaise;

- salt.

In the Parus salad, the ham can be replaced with a chicken leg, which must be boiled in advance.

Cut the ham into cubes or strips. Then add the Korean carrots and canned corn, from which you must first drain the liquid.

Wash fresh cucumber, dry and cut into thin strips. Hard-boiled eggs, peel and chop with a knife or chop in a blender. Then, combine the prepared cucumber and chopped eggs with the Korean-style ham, corn and carrots.

Season the salad with salt and mayonnaise, mix all the ingredients and place in a deep salad bowl.
