Instructions
Step 1
We prepare the yeast: pour half a pack with half a glass of warm water with the addition of one teaspoon of granulated sugar. As they rise, take 4 cups of flour, soft margarine (first remove from the refrigerator), salt, sugar and grind with your hands until smooth. We mix all this until smooth, add the eggs. Everything was thoroughly mixed again. We put it in a warm place.
Step 2
Cooking the filling: boil the mushrooms in salted water, peel and grate the raw carrots, peel the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Fry everything together with mushrooms in a pan with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet, greased with margarine. Put the filling on the dough and spread with a tablespoon. Treat the sides as for pies and sprinkle with cheese grated into a coarse grater (before sprinkling with cheese, the sides can be greased with a beaten egg).
Step 4
Put the pizza in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
